East Oakland Councilmember Taylor and Shoprite Produce and Water Giveaway today at 1 PM!

PRODUCE AND WATER GIVEAWAY AT SHOP RITE GROCERY STORE IN EAST OAKLAND

Who:	Shop Rite Grocery Store and City of Oakland Councilmember Loren Taylor, District 6
What:	Grocery Store owner Ali Albasiery, who has experienced his own challenges as a small business owner due to COVID-19, is providing free fresh produce and water to support community members as they shelter in place. Councilmember Loren Taylor will also be present to provide educational resources to help residents who have been impacted by COVID-19 (including information about filing unemployment benefits, how to stay healthy and maintain social distancing, and ways to support children’s education while sheltering in place)
